Show todo.txt syntax highlighted

- admin users

- allow admins to delete obsolite mirrors

- allow admins to add or modify imdb links (-> movie entries in the db should be groupped after two or more gets the same imdb id)

- display "number of downloads" somewhere

- clean file name for the imdb search url on the upload page

- try to find the title after the file's hash or name
